Nu finns möjligheten för vårdgivare att själva skicka ut uppföljningsenkäter via IPÖ efter kurativt syftande behandling. Ett år efter prostatektomi, vid slutdatum för strålterapi och vid startdatum för seeds-behandling skickar NPCR centralt ut en uppföljningsenkät till patienten. Patienter som ej besvarat enkäten inom en månad får en påminnelse av NPCR. Den tidigare centralt utskickade tre-månaders enkäten utgår.
